Global reach
With partners, projects and international customers in over 44 countries, we have a strong global presence and worldwide reach that accounts for 50% of our business activities. We deliver approximately 650 projects annually and have a turnover of around 200 million.
Corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion
At NPG, high standards are at the core of everything we do. This includes areas such as business ethics and corporate and social responsibility. We also expect our suppliers around the world to commit to the same standards and principles. This is ensured through our Supplier Declaration, which is signed by our suppliers.
NPG is committed to taking responsibility for sustainability and social responsibility in all aspects of our business. We are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to improve ourselves. Through small and large actions, we can all make a difference.
From words to action
We reduce our footprint by minimizing energy consumption, waste and emissions in our deliveries. We also promote the use of recyclable materials and resource-efficient solutions. This applies to the rental of furniture, fixtures, carpets, wall hangings, rigs and technical equipment in connection with the implementation of trade fairs and events. We have a high degree of reuse of materials, signage, profiling and the like. We consider sustainability when choosing decor, design and giveaways, where reuse options, material selection and utility value are strongly emphasized.
Social responsibility
We work for inclusion and diversity. With the value project, Equal Opportunities, we are driving national volunteerism and focus on gender equality in sports. Girls in sports generally receive less media attention, lower sponsorship income and it is more difficult for women to make a living from sports as top athletes than for men. We want to do something about this!
Sustainable events
We are constantly looking for new ways to integrate sustainability into our services. This includes using digital technologies to reduce the need for physical presence and travel, both internally and in our deliveries. We work closely with our clients to help them achieve their sustainability goals in the events we develop and deliver.
Ethical business practices
We practice high ethics and integrity in all our business relationships. We also require our partners and suppliers to follow the same principles. This is done through our Supplier Declaration.
Measurement and reports
We closely monitor our own work on sustainability and social responsibility and regularly report on our achievements and progress. The tools used are the Environmental Lighthouse and the Green Producers Tools. By integrating the principles into our daily operations, we are committed to being a responsible actor and to contributing positively to a more circular and sustainable future.
Technology
We use technological solutions to exploit the opportunities in the meeting spaces we create, and encourage our customers to use digital alternatives to minimize the use of, for example, paper.

Employee development and recruitment
All departments hold status meetings at least once a month with information and updates on the status and measures in the department and NPG. Here, employees can raise issues for discussion. In addition, social gatherings of various kinds are held regularly to strengthen unity and the working environment.
NPG will work towards a working environment that provides a good framework for competence.
Independence, quality control and management
In order for us to deliver good quality services, trust in our work is crucial. We focus on being independent of our customers and suppliers. NPG will deliver high quality services and products at all stages, so that the customer's requirements for delivery are met and applicable laws and regulations are complied with.
We will be an organization that is committed to our customers' needs, and work purposefully to ensure continuous improvement of the company's deliveries, so that NPG can at all times deliver relevant and innovative products and services that ensure goal achievement for our customers.
NPG has a continuous focus on further developing and implementing processes and routines for managing operations. The processes are based on the seven principles of quality management: customer focus, leadership, employee engagement, process orientation, continuous improvement, fact-based decisions and relationships with suppliers based on mutual benefit.
