Mer Group
Mer provides EV charging infrastructure and services. With offices in Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Norway and Sweden, Mer wanted to gather the employees for a three-day event in Helsingborg, Sweden. The aim was to build corporate culture and create understanding and commitment around their core values.
The timing of the event was carefully planned. More’s mission is to make electric mobility easy and accessible to everyone – for a better tomorrow. Therefore, the timing was perfect to gather the employees at the same time as COP27 (United Nations Climate Change Conference) was taking place.
The result was a fantastic event with a meeting of managers with 50 participants before all employees met for “Meet and Connect” in the evening. Three days with a packed program from morning to evening.
NPG was service-minded, professional and followed up regularly with their suggestions, solution-oriented feedback and everything we needed throughout the process.
To say we are satisfied would be an understatement because this has been top-notch service.
Taking care of all aspects
Our task was to create an engaging and content-rich event with a mix of professional sessions and parties. NPG’s event department took care of all aspects of the event, including conceptualizing ideas, liaising with suppliers and clients, creating the program, entertainment, managing logistics and evaluation.
We also created an animation, a video and event photos on behalf of Mer Group.
