About the project
WorkMan Norway wanted to establish clearer visibility in its digital channels. The company had little previous experience with marketing, and lacked both the time and internal resources to develop this on its own.
Together with NPG Marketing, a comprehensive marketing strategy was therefore developed, as well as a strategic content plan for LinkedIn – which would become an important channel for highlighting their expertise and services.
At the same time, we saw the need to strengthen the visual identity, so that the expression better reflected the company's professionalism and ambitions.
Our role
Several professional environments in NPG has been involved in the work with WorkMan Norway.
NPG Design has further developed the visual identity and created a clearer and more holistic expression. This included an expanded color palette and new design proposals for, among other things, the product catalog, stickers, website and decor on company cars – all to ensure a more modern and holistic visual expression.
NPG Marketing has played a key role in establishing and developing WorkMan's digital presence. We work both strategically and operationally with content, text, SEO, analysis and ongoing visibility in digital channels. Together we help strengthen the brand over time and ensure a clear and relevant presence in the market.
The Result
The collaboration has given WorkMan Norway a clearer and more professional digital presence. The activity on LinkedIn has led to an increase in the number of followers of over 70%, while the company has gained increased visibility in organic searches through improved SEO.
The updated visual identity has also contributed to a more modern and consistent expression across surfaces – from digital channels to physical contact points.
As a small company without a dedicated marketing team, NPG has been a very valuable partner for us. They have assisted with everything from updating the brand guide and marketing materials to social media content. At the same time, their marketing team has been a good sparring partner on both ad hoc tasks and more long-term plans for how we can develop our marketing work further.
